Gap Analysis

In order to move ahead, you need to know where you are now and where you are going, and why. Is compliance driving change? Is cost related? Is it voluntary for marketing purposes? Who will be responsible for implementation? What are their existing skill sets? Is it all of the above?
 

By completing a gap analysis and needs assessment, we can develop a blueprint for training content, delivery modes, web-based tools and ongoing technical support.

Knowledge Transfer

Knowledge transfer and training can various forms depending on the content, such as face-to-face sessions, synchronous online (i.e. with tools such as WebEx) and asynchronous (i.e. online videos and documents that can be accessed anytime) and access to peer case studies. Determining the most cost effective process and delivery modes allow you to maximize learning and implementation efficiency.

Mentoring and Support

We work by the philosophy that if a user’s manual is needed for software; we did not build it well enough. However, support is certainly still needed from time to time. We support you and mentor you in both the use of the software as well as technical issues when needed.
